Therapist Support During Sessions

During each session, a therapist will be available to support any team member who needs it. If someone has a moment where they feel overwhelmed or need to talk, the therapist steps in to help them regain clarity. This ensures that the team can keep moving forward without distractions, and that the person is supported until they are ready to rejoin the group and participate and play their part.

Consultation with Leadership and Strategic Plan Development

Before we start working with your team, we talk to your leaders. This helps us to gain understanding of your team, your goals, mission/vision and where you want to go. Then, we create a strategic plan that’s just right for your organization. This plan focuses on what’s most important to help you grow and succeed and makes sure everyone knows what their role is (delegate) in reaching those goals.

Fear of the Unknown (from Dissertation)

As I talk about in my dissertation, fear of the unknown can make people feel uncomfortable or scared to face new points of resistance. When people don’t know what to expect, they often stay quiet about their mental health concerns. At TUWS, we help organizations create a safe space where everyone can share their feelings and worries. We show you how to turn that fear into confidence, and help your team feel stronger and ready to face opportunities for growth.
